Wake up at around 6am, after my hubby left to work, i carry on wif wateva did i nd to do, completed everything, i was like lying on the bed reading my book, but i doze off, too tired i guess hahaha....

ard 8.45am woke up & take my shower, did my sit-ups wif the help of my gal....kind of tough thou but i hv to start doing exercise for my own gd...for the sake of healthy life, i hv to do it & i will do it


after 15 counts of sit-ups, i give up...hahaha....but its ok there's still time to develope....my gal was like encouraging me wif all those words....after dat we went out for breakfast....i was like walking fm my blk to lot 1....even its near but still i'm sweating......


my gal oredred her usual meal, hot cakes w/sausage wif hot chocolate, as for me, i've ordred big breakfast w/cuppocino.....(i bet u guys was laughing wif wat i ordred for myself.....yeah yeah i noe.....after the 15 counts of sit-ups and brisk-walking to lot 1....i still ordered big breakfast for my meal....hahahaha....)....well for a start i guess.....the temptation is still there.....but believe me after a few weeks of hard work doing the sit-ups & brisk walking i will get wat i want....my dreams will come true ppl....juz wait n see......HAHAHAHAHA (evel laugh)......
